​Self Empowered Development (SEED) is an initiative for young talent by a network of HR Leaders called HRLC Malaysia.This network consists of over 200 CHRO, HR Directors and Head of HRs

​HR SEED focusses on creating stronger pipeline of HR Executives in COE ( Centre of Excellence ) roles that are strategic to the maturation of progressive HR for companies operating in Malaysia.

​The intended audience are HR executives who are considered having high potential to become leaders of tomorrow. We are agnostic to technology and solutions provider & does not prefer one methodology over the other. The opportunity is to view issues from the standpoint of a practitioner and second, to network.
