Discover how to turn your business idea into a tangible product that resonates with customers in this hands-on workshop. Building an MVP/Product-Market Fit will equip you with the skills to design, test, and refine a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while aligning your offerings with customer needs.

​📋 What You'll Learn:

• ​Create an MVP roadmap to test key business assumptions.

• ​Use real-world feedback and data to measure and iterate toward product-market fit.

• ​Identify critical customer needs and develop solutions that meet them.

​REMINDER: All participants are required to attend a minimum of 2 out of the 4 Pre-NVC workshops to be eligible to compete in the New Venture Competition. At least one team member from each team/company must be in attendance to receive credit.
