Alana Aquino is a junior in the Music Industry program at USC with a minor in Songwriting. She has participated in mentorship/masterclass programs with Girls Who Listen, Diversify the Stage, and WMG’s Spring 2021 Career Classroom Series. Her previous internships include Creative Sync Licensing at Pulse Music Group and Digital Marketing at Crowd Surf. Alana currently works in the USC Thornton Admissions and Student Affairs office, and is active in organizations such as USC Troy Philippines, The Women’s Network USC, GrammyU, and the Color of Music Collective.
Ruth Bekele is a Junior at New York University studying Music Business. She is a participant in the Spring 2021 Career Classroom Series with WMG and currently works as a Community Outreach volunteer for the Color of Music Collective as well as a Fan Engagement intern at Fan To Band. This summer she will be working as an intern in the Music Programming department at SiriusXM.
Jamara Robinson is a graduating senior at Howard U studying to get her Bachelors of Arts in Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications: Advertising. Jamara has had music internships with Live Nation, The Recording Academy, Spotify, and now with Sony Music Entertainment.
Holly Grace Jamili is an incoming Content & Commercial Strategy Intern at Discovery Communications and has previously worked at Columbia Records, Paradigm Talent Agency, and ViacomCBS. She also serves as Music Chair for NYU Tisch’s All Asian Arts Alliance, where she throws speaker events featuring top Asian American executives and professionals in the music business.
Rachel Sih is a Junior at Wellesley College, double majoring in Economics and Music. She recently completed a Spring internship in the Digital Department at Warner Chappell (WMG's Music Publishing Division) after attending WMG's Career Classroom Series in the Fall.
Asma AliRahi currently serves as the Student Programs Lead at Warner Music Group overseeing the Emerging Talent Associate program, Warner Music U, and WMG Career Classroom Series. She was previously a Campus Recruiter for Verizon Media.
Arianny Mercedes is a former Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition specialist recently turned entrepreneur. Currently, Arianny serves as the leading Career Strategist for Revamped. Revamped is a career Strategy platform focused on bridging the gap between BIPOC talent at leading organizations. Since it’s beginning, she has helped 500+ applicants secure positions at leading companies such as Netflix, Disney, Spotify, Facebook, and Live Nation!
Sophie Siegel graduated an entire year earlier than anticipated from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 with a BA in Political Science and a minor in Theatre. Sophie is now a Recruiting Coordinator for Genesis Global Recruiting and assists with recruitment and sourcing for United Talent Agency’s entry-level roles.
