​Zhiqi Lin is a Principal Product Designer at Ingram Micro, specializing in AI, accessibility, and systems thinking. With a background in Human-Computer Interaction and front-end engineering, Zhiqi designs enterprise tools like AI-powered recommendation engines, sales assistants, and chatbots—driving over $70 million in revenue and earning recognition from the iF Design Award.

​Zhiqi is also the creator of COCO, an award-winning AI health assistant for older adults, and a frequent speaker on accessibility, inclusive UX, and human-centered AI. Her side projects, including Cook.it, explore creative uses of AI in everyday life.
