About Event

An intermediate strength training class to build core strength, get your heart-rate up, and improve mobility, all in just 30 minutes. We’ll use a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, and I always show progressions and modifications to make it adaptable for a wider range of fitness levels. Includes floor work so you’ll also need an exercise/yoga mat.
