​I'm currently a policy program officer at the Blue Shield of California Foundation supporting our work to strengthen economic security and mobility and to align systems with community priorities (which has a focus on public health systems). My areas of expertise include policy solutions to address the social determinants of health, health equity, and fostering collaboration across sectors. Before coming to this position, I worked for the Alameda County ALL IN Initiative, California Health in All Policies Task Force (as a founding staff member), Planned Parenthood Federation of America, La Clínica de La Raza, Children Now, and the University of California, Berkeley Center for Health Leadership on a range of policies and programmatic areas.
