We are organising an engineering round table to discuss the infrastructural challenges companies face in their scale-up journeys and effective ways to solve those complex problems. We have a group of senior operators and founders from Bay Area visiting India in August and we thought it’ll be great to meet as a group and share learnings.

Himanshu Shukla serves as the Co-Founder & CEO of LightBeam.ai. LightBeam automates data security and privacy compliance controls for InfoSec and Privacy teams, helping them accelerate their organizations’ businesses. Before founding LightBeam. ai, Himanshu led Nutanix's AIOPs team, where he initiated and cultivated the business from inception, achieving remarkable growth to a $100M run rate. With over two decades of industry experience, he is a dedicated technologist with significant contributions to AI/ML, Search, Networking, and Compiler technology. Himanshu holds more than 20 patents and authored 5 published papers.
Kamal Gupta is Co-founder & CEO of Omnistrate, a cloud management platform built by a team out of Confluent, AWS, LinkedIn, and Microsoft. Omnistrate.com removes the pain of building a multi-cloud PaaS/SaaS service for your software with enterprise-grade capabilities. Before Omnistrate, Kamal spent 13 years at AWS building more than half-a dozen cloud services including running the database engineering for AWS Aurora, MySQL from 0 to 1B+ business and then 3 years at Confluent growing the Kafka Cloud business from 10MM to 200M.
Kazi Zaman is the Chief Development Officer at Shoreline Software. Shoreline’s Cloud Reliability platform helps you dramatically reduce MTTR and operational costs with its powerful automated incident remediation and fleetwide debugging capabilities. Kazi was previously VP, Engineering at Electronic Arts where he headed up the Data and AI team responsible for core data infrastructure, machine learning powered personalization applications and AI generated content for games. He has also worked in data oriented roles at EMC Greenplum, Yahoo! and Siebel. He holds a Ph.D in Computer Science from Columbia University and a B Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur.
Sathya Narayanan Nagarajan is the Co-Founder and CTO at Amnic.com. Amnic is a cloud Intelligence Platform that optimizes efficiency through actionable insights, reducing costs and enhancing reliability. It gathers cost usage and other observability data and compares them with architectural best practices to provide optimal recommendations. Sathya has over 20+ years of experience building large-scale applications and has filed over 10+ Patents in the field of Distributed systems and computer vision. He played a critical role in architecting the IOT platform for interactive services and data analytics at Tyco. Later on, he re-architected and scaled the Ola Cabs consumer platform.
