​Your pop-up community sauna in the wilds of Sintra, built by our very own hands within the ruins of an abandoned chicken farm. Raw, real, and simple. A place to sweat, connect, and strip it all back.

• ​Doors open at 16:00

• ​Greeting at 16:30

• ​Sauna ceremonies at 17:00 18:00 19:00 20:00

• ​Sauna, hot tub & ice baths open all afternoon

​☕️ Nourishment ☕️

• ​Soup & bread (served around 19:00)

• ​Tea & water (help yourself)

• ​Feel free to bring snacks to share

​🩴 Bring 🩴

• ​Two towels (one for sitting, one for drying)

• ​Flip-flops (to be worn on the land)

• ​Water bottle

• ​Warm layers for later

​We are a nude sauna - fabrics optional. A space of no shame, no judgment, just you - comfortable, as you are.

​🐶 Dogs

​We are currently fostering a rescue dog. He's not been socialised with other dogs, so for the time being please leave your furry friends at home to avoid distress.

​🧒 Kid-lings 🧒

​While under 16s are welcome on site free of charge, sauna and hot tub access is reserved for adults but we will have a paddling pool for the little’uns
