[Mastermind] Navigating Uncertainty for HR Leaders

​About this Mastermind

​With a flurry of real and attempted changes to public policy to start the year, a lot of employees are looking to HR leaders for answers in a time when there aren’t any. When you’re helping teams navigate uncertainty, the best place to start is to acknowledge the very real feelings and refocus them on areas that are within their control.

​In this session, Connie Liu and Nick Lush will go over effective strategies for simultaneously validating and refocusing your team. These skills extend beyond navigating political uncertainty to navigating any large change that a team is facing, and we’ll create a safe space in which to learn and practice these competencies with your fellow HR leaders.
