This highly interactive knowledge transfer engagement is designed to help you become a stronger leader who is able to solve real-world problems, create an optimal environment for your team to find their motivation, and lead an engaged team because they were literally made to do their job. You will gain a practical understanding of how to impact top-line, bottom-line, and scale your organization.

​Please plan to be fully engaged — there will be several breaks throughout the day to check email and voicemail. Lunch will be provided both days and beverages/snacks will be available throughout the day.
