Troika Consulting for Volunteer Fundraisers: Building Fundraising Teams

​Troika consulting is a simple meeting format for peer support and learning: groups of 3-4 rotate in sharing a challenge they're experiencing and receiving feedback from peers on how to approach that challenge.

​​Through troika consulting, you'll gain insight on an issue you're facing, uncover new ideas and patterns, build relationships with fellow peers, and reflect on next steps for what you're building.

​In this session, Volunteer Fundraisers will:

• ​Bring a challenge they're facing or idea they'd like to explore further with building fundraising teams

• ​Give and receive troika consulting in a group of 3-4 peers

• ​Debrief together as a group on lessons learned to benefit the collective
