RSECon24 Body Conditioning Fitness Class
This is a fun and high energy class, hosted by my favourite instructor at Newcastle University. There is lots of movement, but is low impact and has plenty of alternative options for each exercise. It consists of a Step (optional), with small hand weights. Expect a total body workout where all of the major muscle groups are worked. The class finishes with a core workout.
All you need is a bottle of water, small sweat towel and a can do attitude!
Please wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothing suitable for high-energy activity. We will be doing stretches and cool-downs to help prevent injuries. However, if you have a recent injury, please assess your own ability to participate.
The Sport & Fitness Centre has full changing and shower faciliates. Our conference volunteers will be in the reception area to direct you to the class.
