She is a creative entrepreneur, community builder, and artist. What began as a small gathering in Washington Square Park has grown into a thriving community, with Emily hosting workshops for over 10,000 participants across diverse settings—from corporate teams to college campuses. Passionate about mental health, mindfulness, and creating inclusive spaces, Emily curates experiences that encourage reflection, creativity, and joy. Reforesters Laboratory is an experimental adaptogenic cafe and sound clinic located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
