​General Rules for Participants

​1. All communications must be carried out through WhatsApp with the respective Event Coordinator. Phone calls will not be entertained unless in case of emergencies.

​2. RVU Email ID is mandatory for registering. Registrations with personal emails will be void.

​3. ID Cards are mandatory to participate in events.

​4. The participants must abide by all deadlines. The organizers are not liable for disqualification on the above mentioned grounds.

​5. Consumption of substances is prohibited and will lead to escalation to the student disciplinary committee.
