Stepping up - make decisions with little guidance!
Have fun in this exciting simulation!
"Stepping up" is rewarding. But it can also be daunting. We're asked to be accountable for things we've never experienced before.
So we replicate this in our workshop, and give you a scenario to tackle in a games company.
You'll learn to get comfortable with the unknown, take on a big role and make big decisions with no guidance!
Scenario:
Friv Games are moving from 50 free games to a smaller number of "paid" games. For 300,000 enthusiastic game players!
That's the outcome! You'll work to "figure out" a plan to achieve this outcome with little guidance.
--> Join Master Accountability - make decisions with little guidance!
Aim: Feel empowered and make decisions in your company
By the end of this workshop, you'll walk away with:
How to work with incomplete or imperfect information
Creating a workable plan in any situation
The 3 signs you're disempowering yourself
Work on practical business challenge for you to launch paid games for Friv Games
Reflect on personal challenges/skills and create an action plan
At Managerkind we're big fans of learning by doing. We are ANTI-THEORY!
We're on a mission to make the manager role easier to do and look cool while doing it.
You'll get to meet and make friends with managers like you!
Who is this for
The workshop is for anyone who has or is planning to take on a big task, project or role that's radically new or different. You have limited prior experience or subject expertise to rely on and want to learn how to navigate this experience.
