​As SB62 brings together parties across the world to strategize for climate action, a powerful community is gathering at the LVR-LandesMuseum 🏛️: storytellers, artists, and cultural agitators who shape how we see the future.

​The Culture x Climate Forum will be a full-day experience — featuring panels, immersive workshops, performances, and curated networking sessions that aim to position culture at the heart of climate action. 

​It will bring together stakeholders from Bonn and around the world to share their knowledge, learn new strategies, and build coalitions for culture-based climate action that last beyond SB62.

​The forum is supported by the City of Bonn as part of the Summer of Change – Kulturfestival program, bringing the climate conversation beyond policy and into the public space and collective imagination.

​You can expect dynamic workshops, panels, and opportunities to learn from German, Brazilian, and Global artists, government officials, and UN leaders on culture-based climate action. Explore the full programme to find out more.

​Food + drink

​Light snacks and refreshments, all vegetarian, will be served throughout the event.

​Ticket contributions

​There are three ticket options to choose from based on your circumstances. Please read carefully and choose the correct option.

​🎟️ Pay what you can ticket - Make a contribution to cover the cost of your attendance. The recommended contribution is set at 45EUR but we appreciate any contribution you are able to make.

​✊ Solidarity ticket - If you are a young person (35 or under) or from the Global South, you can request a free ticket. These tickets are limited and subject to approval.

​💚 Pay it forward - For those able, you can pay it forward and cover the cost of a solidarity ticket or make a larger contribution.

​We want this event to be as open and accessible as possible — our goal has always been to offer this as a free event to ensure everyone, regardless of background or financial ability, can participate. However, as a grassroots initiative without core funding, we need to cover essential costs like venue, production, and catering. That’s why we’ve introduced a pay-what-you-can model. If we are able to secure additional funding closer to the event, we will aim to offer refunds or reduce ticket contributions wherever possible. We’re deeply grateful for your support in helping us make this community-led event happen in the spirit of inclusion and shared ownership.

​The Forum is taking place alongside SB62 as a side-event at an external venue, meaning no official accreditation is required to attend.
