Recology Recycling Facility Tour

​​Curious about where that empty coffee cup you put in the recycle can ended up? Wonder if it's really worth segregating your trash and how (and if at all) recycling takes place? Join us on this tour of the Recology Recycling facility to not only learn about how Seattle recycles, but also learn best practices so you and your community could reduce stuff ending up in landfills. As a bonus, you might also get a sneak peek into their art from waste program. Please make sure you wear closed toe shoes and no loose-fitting or short clothing during your visit. Hard hats and safety glasses will be provided.
