Jenifer Milton is a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Nokia, where she supports campus recruitment initiatives across Canada, enhancing student engagement, recruiting talent, and strengthening employer branding. With a background in Human Resource Management from Ted Rogers School of Management and a CHRP candidate, she has a proven track record in strategic HR practices. Jenifer's experience at BMO Private Wealth Management and Chester’s Law Office has honed her skills in client service and sensitive data management, making her an asset in recruitment, talent management and wealth management.
Julia Guzzo is the Campus Program Manager for Nokia Canada. In the summer of 2014, she had her first co-op term with Alcatel-Lucent (now Nokia), and enjoyed it so much she came back for two more terms. After graduation, Julia had the opportunity to be hired full-time and developed a background in Project Management before transitioning to the Early Careers team. As Campus Program Manager, it brings her joy to support students and new grads in having the same positive experience she had, and continue to have, with Nokia.
