​We all have to make decisions, no matter where we are and what we are doing. The truth is we make decisions almost continuously. Most of the decisions we make are small and relatively inconsequential in nature, what to wear, what to eat or when to sleep.

However, we also have to frequently make decisions that are much larger in nature, particularly at work and it pays to have some knowledge and an educated approach in order to be able to make decisions both efficiently and effectively.
