日本生まれ、中国育ち。ロチェスター大学にて金融経済学と光学工学の二重学位を取得。
SMBC日興証券で投資銀行業務からキャリアをスタートし、SBIインベストメントにてフィンテックおよびブロックチェーン領域を中心に30件以上の投資を主導。Forbes JAPAN「最も影響力のあるベンチャー投資家ランキング」に最年少で選出。Headline Asiaでは投資業務およびIVS運営をリードし、暗号資産ファンド「IVC」の立ち上げも主導。
牛田 遼介 氏
金融庁 イノベーション推進室 室長／チーフ・フィンテック・オフィサー
2010年に金融庁入庁。AIやブロックチェーン関連を中心としたイノベーション政策を担当。国際的なAML/CFTルール形成に貢献するFATF暗号資産コンタクトグループの共同議長も務める。過去には、ジョージタウン大学で分散型金融（DeFi）のガバナンスに関する研究も行う。東京大学（工学部）、ロンドン・ビジネス・スクール（金融学修士）卒業。
神本 侑季 氏
代表取締役CEO｜N.Avenue株式会社（CoinDesk JAPAN）
2013年にヤフー株式会社入社後、メディア・広告領域の事業開発を担当。2018年にWeb3メディア事業を展開するN.Avenue株式会社を設立し、のちに独立。グローバルWeb3メディア「CoinDesk JAPAN」の運営や、日本最大級のWeb3ビジネスコミュニティ「N.Avenue Club」の展開を手がける。現在、ブロックチェーン推進協会（BCCC）理事およびJapan Blockchain Week アドバイザーも兼任。

Born in Japan and raised in China. Holds dual degrees in Financial Economics and Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester. After starting his career in investment banking at SMBC Nikko Securities, he moved to SBI Investment, where he led over 30 investments in Fintech and Blockchain.
Ryosuke Ushida
Director, Innovation Promotion Office & Chief Fintech Officer, Financial Services Agency (Japan)
Joined the FSA in 2010. Leads innovation promotion policy, especially related to AI and blockchain. He co-chairs the FATF Crypto Assets Contact Group, contributing to international AML/CFT rule-making. He previously conducted research on decentralized finance governance at Georgetown University. Holds degrees from the University of Tokyo (Engineering) and London Business School (MSc in Finance).
Yuki Kamimoto
CEO, N.Avenue Inc. (CoinDesk JAPAN)
Joined Yahoo Japan in 2013 and was involved in media and advertising business development. Founded N.Avenue Inc. in 2018 to operate Web3 media services, later spinning it out independently. Oversees CoinDesk JAPAN, the official Japanese version of the leading global Web3 media, and N.Avenue Club, Japan's largest Web3 business community. She also serves as Director of the Blockchain Promotion Association (BCCC) and Advisor to Japan Blockchain Week.
