​This hands-on, discussion-based session explores how philanthropic capital can serve as a catalyst for climate innovation, especially in early-stage, high-impact startups.
Instead of a traditional panel, the session will feature candid storytelling, practical examples, and active dialogue between speakers and participants. After brief introductions, the conversation will cover key topics such as effective leverage points, funding structures, and how direct investments can complement broader philanthropic strategies. Speakers will share real-world examples of impactful—and sometimes unexpected—collaborations with startups, along with lessons learned on what has worked and what hasn’t.
