​By now, we’re all deeply familiar with the exciting possibilities of AI. From accelerating innovation and creativity at scale, to driving greater efficiencies that maximize productivity. We’re also beginning to uncover its capacity to replicate and exponentially exacerbate systemic inequities as well as harmful bias attitudes and mindsets. In fact, this useful innovation may undo the hard-won progress purpose-driven leaders have made to mitigate or disrupt systems and behaviors that hinder equity and inclusion. Our collective efforts in this regard remain crucial to business growth as audiences, and the workforce, become increasingly more diverse.
