Holding more than 5 years of experience in the corporate world, Vrinda has experienced anxiety and fatigue firsthand, leading to eventual burnout. Her mission is to help busy people stop feeling overwhelmed and restore balance in their minds + bodies. Having conducted workshops for organizations like Infosys, Condeco, Collins, Care Health Insurance, DKSH, and Deloitte her goal always remains to curate tailor-made sessions based on the needs and resources available at the organization.

​She believes that stress cannot be eliminated totally, but by bringing changes in lifestyle, it can be managed well because, over a period of time, “Yoga as a way of life" becomes part of one's subconscious mind.
