Transit to the Arcade
Transit is for family adventures so join us for a transit adventure to the Eastridge Round1 Arcade! The arcade features multiple arcade game types from rhythm, beat-em-ups, and the classics. Round1 also has bowling, karaoke, and crane machines. It'll be a blast, so this Transit Month, come one come all to "Transit to the Arcade." All ages welcome.
To join the fun, at 1:45pm on Saturday September 7, meet at the West Santa Clara/Cahill St Street bus stop across the street from the SAP Center (2 blocks from the Diridon Caltrain station, and 3 blocks from the San Fernando VTA lightrail station).
At 2pm, we'll hop the 522 rapid bus to the arcade. Bus fare is $2.50 each way and don't forget to bring your Clipper Card. The ride takes about an hour and passes through downtown SJ then on to the rapid transit lanes to speed us to Eastridge Mall.
Once there, we'll let loose at the arcade for a few hours. You can leave the quarters at home when you buy a reloadable card to use at the arcade. Like classic arcades, it's pay-per-game. The mall food court is fully open and Round1 itself has a small menu.
Stay as long as you want, but you are also invited to join the return crew that will head back to Diridon at 5PM.Transit is for family adventures so join us for a transit adventure to the Eastridge Round1 Arcade!
