In Roadmap's 8-week Job Search Mastery Cohort you will master job search and career skills that help you land a job, and move your career forward for life.
Networking: Learn how to sustainably land networking calls that convert to interviews, and build powerful relationships that move your career forward.
Interviews: Master the Key Results method to ace every stage of your interview process, and learn how to develop Offer Criteria.
Negotiation: Build confidence and relationships around your value, and negotiate the best compensation package in the current job market.
Criteria to Join
Job Search Mastery can help anyone land a job or move forward in their career. Statistically, ~7% of people who join will not complete the program, and will not see immediate results in their job search or career.

Cost: $44.49 per week for 8 weeks

Register: Anyone may register through Lu.Ma Job Search Winter 2024 Cohort. If you are new to the Roadmap community, we will be in touch to help you find out if you qualify.
What to Expect
Weekly cohort meetings: 1-hour
Weekly Office Hours: 1-hour (hosted by Malinda Coler, Roadmap alum, or industry leaders)
Hiring Mixers: Meet in break out rooms in small groups with leaders and recruiters twice during your program
Beth credits the monthly Hiring Mixer as critical for her pivot to tech, "During the mixer I met a leader who asked me why I was targeting engineering, and not product. That's when everything changed and I realized my place in the industry"
Veronica landed an offer for Senior Product Marketing at SmartThings Samsung (she has since moved on to a Sr Product Marketing role at a tech company in her hometown of San Diego)
Abbey was invited to an information interview with a VP at DoorDash to explore opportunities, building a relationship to support her career for life (she wound up taking a Product Growth role in EdTech instead, go Abbey!)
