About Event

It’s easy to feel zen in a quiet room with lavender mist pumping through the air, and sound bowls gently chiming around you, but what about the rest of the time?

How can you bring more calm into your daily waking life? How can you take that expanded awareness off of the cushion and into the wild?

Together, we will learn how mindfulness can go beyond traditional meditation and become a part of the way that we show up in the world.

What happens when we are more awake, more alive, here for more moments in our lives?

How can we use mindfulness to deepen our connections with those we love, and find more ease with everyone else we get to be around.

This workshop is both experiential and tactical - you’ll get to experience states of mindfulness in community and also discover ways that you can begin to weave these learnings into your daily life.

You’ll learn:

  • What gets in the way of presence

  • How to enliven relationships/friendships and see those we love through a new lens.

  • How to be more at ease with people who we find challenging to be around.

  • How to incorporate mindfulness into your day to day life (outside of a meditation practice)

And you’ll get to experience mindfulness in new ways, together in community.
