Welcome to the third lecture of the Disability, Movement, Etcetera series. Today’s guest is Elayne Otstot. Elayne (she/her) aspiring disability advocate in the southeastern US, who's passionate about using multiple platforms and methods to educate people about disability access and inclusion; and health disparities affecting rural, disabled, and other vulnerable or marginalized communities. She holds a graduate certificates in disability policy from Loyola Law School and American University, and a bachelor’s degree in public health from the University of Texas at Arlington.
