Selena Papi is the Director of Customer Experience and Engagement at Talentsoft where she’s leading a team of marketing and customer experts to support customers through a digitally-led program. Before Talentsoft, Selena led teams at MetLife and Sqware Peg.
Brian LaFaille is the Global Head - Customer Success Strategic Programs at Google (Looker), and also runs a digital publication called the Customer Success Field Guide.
