About the panel


  • Boaz Maor is the Chief Customer Officer at talech. Before talech, he was the SVP of Customer Success at OpenGov, the VP of Customer Success at Mashery, and the VP of Sales and Marketing at Wave Guard Technologies.

  • Selena Papi is the Director of Customer Experience and Engagement at Talentsoft where she’s leading a team of marketing and customer experts to support customers through a digitally-led program. Before Talentsoft, Selena led teams at MetLife and Sqware Peg.

  • Brian LaFaille is the Global Head - Customer Success Strategic Programs at Google (Looker), and also runs a digital publication called the Customer Success Field Guide.
