About Event

In this session, Diego will lead a discussion on what learning designers could learn from Product Managers (PMs). A product vision may help LXP designers to build more user-centered learning experiences that are constantly changing and responding to user feedback.  Similarly to PMs, LXP designers should try to understand their personas and how to solve their pains. Could we craft user scenarios and collect data to inform our learning requirements? Why not use OKRs or KPIs to measure the extent to which students are achieving their goals?  Why not design two learning experiences and use an A/B test to find out which approach works better? Together, we will explore these ideas and think of other ways in which product management and learning design might intersect.
