About Event

Picture this: you’ve got Baby Boomers who prefer face-to-face meetings for important discussions, and Millennials who might opt for digital channels like Slack or Zoom prioritizing efficiency and flexibility.

And then there’s the remote work debate. Boomers and Gen Xers favour office environments for collaboration, while Millennials and Gen Zers generally embrace remote work for all its work-life balance benefits.

Needless to say, navigating a team with folks from different generations presents both challenges and opportunities for organisations, and requires a well-thought strategy. As organizations adapt to hybrid and remote environments, empowering employees from different generations is crucial. But how do you keep all your team motivated? How do you get everyone on the same page working collaboratively?

Join us in our upcoming live session "How to Lead Multi-Generational Teams," led by fractional CPO and product strategist Diana Stepner (ex-Salesforce, ex-Kayak, ex-Chan Zuckerberg Initiative). This session explores managing diverse generations within a product team, highlighting the impact of unique cultural experiences and attitudes to work styles, advancement expectations, and leadership.

Diana will provide practical strategies to harness the strengths of a generation-diverse workforce to create a work environment that's more dynamic, inclusive, and productive—all of which will enhance intergenerational learning, collaboration, and increase team engagement and productivity.

What we’ll cover:

  1. Understanding generational differences

  2. Fostering intergenerational collaboration and learning

  3. Real-life case study: Future Technologies Champions
