About Event

Presented by Innov8social and Pineapple Friends as part of the the Make a Splash program through the City of Tacoma and Pierce Conservation District, in partnership with Maritime Blue.

⭐️ Join us for a fun, hands-on event for K–5 students and families! Through storytelling, crafts, teamwork, and mini “impact pitches,” kids will explore stormwater runoff and learn how to protect our local waterways—while getting creative and working together. Inspired by the Pineapple Friends book series, this workshop is led by engaging facilitators and local experts.

👥 Kids (K-5th grade suggested) + guardians should plan to attend together. And, guardians can also get in on the brainstorming and pitching fun.

🥨 📒 We will have kid-friendly snacks and each learner will receive a Pineapple Friends coloring book to take home!
