We are a community of hundreds of AAPI professionals and our allies who work in commercial real estate, ranging from investors to developers. Through events, conferences, and virtual panels, our goal is to create a collaborative community.
Asian Americans are the fastest growing population from 2000 to 2015, representing ~6.0% of the US population. Yet, less than 0.3% of real estate firms are AAPI-owned and 0.2% of assets are managed by AAPI, according to AAAIM.
