Do you have a desk job?

Are you spending long hours seated on a chair?

Is prolonged screentime, back pain and stiffness bothering you?

This 60-minute 'Desk Yoga' is designed to be practised while sitting on a desk/chair or using a desk/chair for support. With its safe and gentle approach, desk yoga offers multiple variations that are perfect even for those with limited mobility.

The wonders of stretching for a few minutes at the work desk can improve flexibility, concentration, and strength while boosting a person's mood and reducing stress and joint strain. Corporate professionals can specifically benefit from such a practice as it instantly relieves neck and shoulder strain and relaxes the mind and body, thus increasing productivity.

What does the session include?

  • Conditioning for awareness of the breath

  • Sukshma Vyayam for joint loosening movements

  • Asana practices like seated spinal twists, forward bends, hamstring stretches etc

  • Breathing and Meditation practices to calm the mind

  • One-on-one Q&A session
