About Event

While Design Management is a familiar terrain for many, the distinct and impactful role of DesignOps often remains shrouded in ambiguity.

This talk will cover:

  • What is DesignOps

  • How DesignOps differentiates from Design Management

  • How and where both roles can work together

  • When it’s time to bring DesignOps in alongside Design Managers
