About Event

In this talk, we’ll tackle ‘Design justice’ as an approach to design that challenges the status quo and in parallel examine why ethics is part of our job as creators—inviting us to reexamine how might we create better futures through design and tech.

Cedric Lee is a UX Researcher at PayMongo, a Filipino company that helps Filipino businesses grow inclusively through financial technology. Previously, he led the User Experience team at Cambridge University Press. Cedric is also taking his Master’s in Communication Major in Media Studies at De La Salle University, where his research interests revolve around the intersections of critical design and tech.
