We're honored to have Vincent P. Ferrera, Professor of Neuroscience at Columbia University, as our keynote speaker. In his presentation titled “Focused Ultrasound for Cognitive Neuromodulation,” Professor Ferrera will delve into his research on Focused Ultrasound (FUS). This technique leverages high-frequency sound waves to selectively target and modulate brain regions. He will focus primarily on cognitive studies conducted in animals demonstrating how FUS can alter neuronal activity.
