​Dr Alon Preiskel is a Consultant Prosthodontist and the founder of Collaborate Dental Group with over 15 years of experience, who lectures nationally and internationally on prosthodontics and corporate ownership in dentistry. He is the President of the American Prosthodontics Society and incoming chair of Alpha Omega UK dental fraternity. With an Executive MBA from London Business School, he is passionate about providing dentists with solutions to maximize their talents and skills for better patient care and fulfilling careers.

​Derek Turner has over 17 years of experience in the dental industry, including roles as Regional Manager, COO, and Company Director for large dental corporates. He has also owned his own practices and has experience in NHS, PVT, and Specialist settings. Derek specializes in turning around multi-site businesses through process changes, business development, marketing, and team building. With CDG, he focuses on collaborating with business owners to deliver industry expertise, enterprise-class processes and personalised support to enable dentists to achieve their goals.
