Digital Detox Hangout | Amsterdam

​Join The Offline Club at the DNYS (De Nieuwe Yoga School) by locking your phone away and enjoying relaxed time free of digital distractions, surrounded by like-minded people.

​​Sit back, and recharge by reading a book, drawing, working out ideas, journaling, making a photo album, knitting, or doing whatever you like. Of course, there's room to socialize, exchange ideas, discuss books, or play a board game - but only if you feel like it.

​​This event ensures you have blocked off, screen-free time in your agenda. It allows you to slow down and refocus, enhance your creativity, meet fun people, reconnect, re-energize, reflect, and make time for things you never have the time for.

​​The Program

​​At the hangout, we’ve designed a fun program that mixes time to yourself with time to connect and socialize with others.

• ​​19:15 - 19:30 | Walk-in

• ​​19:30 - 20:15 | Time to yourself

• ​​20:15 - 20:45 | Time to connect

• ​​20:45 - 21:30 | Time to yourself

• ​​21:30 - 21:45 | Central round-up
