About Event

Join our meetup for entrepreneurs, professionals, investors and food enthusiasts to network and hear from food industry speakers.

Whether you're just starting your food business, looking to connect with startups to invest in or want to network with other like-minded professionals - this event is for you. Additionally, you'll get free admission to the Museum of Food & Drink's FLAVOR exhibit!

The event costs $10 in advance or $14 at the door, and includes admission to the MOFAD Flavor exhibit. Registration is required.

Guest Speakers: please join us to hear from two exciting speakers about the complexities of ethically designing new products that consumers crave.

  • Tiffany Wong: Tiffany Wong is an innovative food scientist and product development expert specializing in flavor innovation and plant-based alternatives, having successfully launched multiple product lines at Numilk and developed iconic flavors for brands like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" at Flora Food Group. Their ability to translate complex sensory experiences into marketable products, particularly in mimicking traditional dairy flavors with plant-based ingredients, makes them a valuable contributor to discussions on the fascinating world of flavor and sustainable food.

  • Andrey Aryapetov: Food & Beverage product developer focused on plant-based formulations, novel processing and preservation and flavor technologies. Having developed over 500 products, Andrey Ayrapetov and the EastBco team continue to explore formulation and novel technologies including HPP, Micro-Encapsulation, Sonication, Pulse Electron Field, UV et al. and bringing consumer packaged foods and beverages closer to the source of freshly grown food.

Q&A: you will have the opportunity to ask questions to your local speakers.

Pitch: Are you launching a new product? Are you looking for your next R&D expert or your next CEO? Are you looking for a job or an internship? Join our 30-second pitch session and share your business update with the audience (open to anyone).

Networking with Food & Drinks from brands like Ghia, Popadelics, Factor Form, SVRY, Keanu Kava, Cheerie Lane, Oftea, Mala Girl, PARCH, and more!
