Tiffany Wong: Tiffany Wong is an innovative food scientist and product development expert specializing in flavor innovation and plant-based alternatives, having successfully launched multiple product lines at Numilk and developed iconic flavors for brands like "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" at Flora Food Group. Their ability to translate complex sensory experiences into marketable products, particularly in mimicking traditional dairy flavors with plant-based ingredients, makes them a valuable contributor to discussions on the fascinating world of flavor and sustainable food.
Andrey Aryapetov: Food & Beverage product developer focused on plant-based formulations, novel processing and preservation and flavor technologies. Having developed over 500 products, Andrey Ayrapetov and the EastBco team continue to explore formulation and novel technologies including HPP, Micro-Encapsulation, Sonication, Pulse Electron Field, UV et al. and bringing consumer packaged foods and beverages closer to the source of freshly grown food.
