​Introduction Agents of Change programme: addressing racial inequity​

​Racial inequity is wearing heavily on the consciousness of humanity if we aspire to make the world work for 100% of humanity. It prevents many of us from living a meaningful life while humanity as a whole remains deprived of a unique contribution.

​Uprooting racial inequity from the fabric of society is not an easy task. However, it is not through conflict or contest that we wish to make a change. Our approach is to develop the required capacities to engage in meaningful conversations about race and take constructive actions.
