DEI Community Vibes Hour

​New Year, New Us?

Community Vibes Hour is different take on Happy Hour (because we aren't all happy on Friday afternoon and that's more than OK). For DEI Practitioners of all employment statuses, (consultants, searching, taking a breather, full-time, part-time, and whatever other way you do the work), the DEI Community Hours are meant to bring us closer together, to refill our cups and begin coalition building.

What to expect: This time we'll do something a bit different: we'll have a few different topics for our breakout rooms:

1. Futurist thinking/imagining
2. Community Care through shared experiences (Venting and Releasing)
3. Just Vibing (Networking, but less stuffy)

When you come through, you select what you need. I'll add you to the 'right' breakout room, and we'll spend the majority of the time there. Second half, we'll do a whole group check-in, sharing learnings, realizations, and any takeaways.

Excited to try this out, and feel free to share with anyone else you know doing the work!

PS I know this picture is chaotic. The space might be a little chaotic too. But it's welcome. Genuine community requires a tiny bit of chaos.
