DefenceTech meetup #1 on June 25 brings together entrepreneurs, defence officials, investors, and talent. Rallying around NATO’s Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDTs), our focus will evolve in parallel with today’s rapid innovation environment. These goals are vital to ensuring NATO retains its strategic and dominance.
This first event will revolve around drones and anti-drone warfare (autonomy), but not only. The programme will include:
Representatives from Estonia & Ukraine.
Presentations on current priorities in the state sector
Updates on initiatives in the Portuguese armed forces
Demonstrations from Portuguese leading companies on new technologies (Beyond Vision, Tekever)
Discussions on cross-sector collaboration opportunities
Pitches from startups showcasing emerging technologies
