​Join us in our December Community Jam for a session on Holidays Around the World!

​Holidays are experiences that we “design” in unique ways in our families and cultures (or that we even inherit designs from).

In this session, we hope to celebrate our various holiday traditions in the community and share the distinct ways in which we each find joy.

We'll also explore the interconnected ways that culture, history, celebration and sometimes even oppression (unfortunately!) come together in holidays around the world.

• ​You can choose to lean in and actively participate or step back and follow along quietly.

• ​You can join via desktop or mobile — we'll adapt our facilitation style and tools based on the needs of those present.

• ​We will provide closed captions, live transcripts and visual descriptions to the best of our ability.

​Please send us any other accommodation requests upon signing up and we'll do our best to honor them!

​📚 If you can't make it, we'll send out a recording (if all attendees consent to this) afterwards to all those who register as well as our community members.

​Who are we?

​We are the Inclusive Design Jam, an inclusive & equitable design community of practice committed to making the access and use of products, services and environments equal to all. We meet in monthly jam sessions and in our Slack group to explore topics related to inclusive and equitable design.

​The community and jam sessions are proudly hosted by Sandra Camacho (She/Her), aka Sandra By Design, an independent inclusive design consultant and educator based in Paris, France.
