About Radhika:
Radhika Bhatt is the founder of Saathe Studio, an interdisciplinary climate career coaching and talent matching hub for impact-minded career changers.
She spent the last decade as a career changer herself, with roles in experience design, partnerships development, community building, and program management across government, non-profits, startups, and social impact organizations.
In the last 2 years, she's coached over 300 job seekers on how to transition to the climate and social impact sectors, integrating human-centered design, emergent strategy, multisolving, empathetic storytelling, and co-active coaching principles to help individuals define, navigate, and pursue more intentional and balanced careers with impact.
