About Event

​​Join us at the Confidence Studio — This is a space to work out your mindset: learn about yourself, learn from others, and feel more energized to work toward your goals.

​​​In each session, we'll:

  1. ​​​Practice confidence-building exercises. We'll identify our limiting beliefs and turn them around so we feel more confident, willing, and excited to reach for our goals.

  2. ​​​Set goals and track your progress. Every person leaves with a "baby step" they feel confident taking that moves them toward their goals. When we see ourselves act as the person we want to become, it trains our brain to believe that we are that person.

  3. ​​​Group accountability and applause. Our community is your cheerleader, helping you build the confidence (and offering the accountability) that will help you succeed.

​​​About the host: My name is Adele, and I'm a Confidence Coach. I created the "The Confidence Studio" a few months ago after wondering — why can you go to a gym to work out your body, but there's no where to go to work out your mindset? That's why I created the Confidence Studio, and I hope you join us!
