His focus areas include capital raising, venture capital investing, business structuring, government contracting and mergers/acquisitions, with a remarkable portfolio of over $1 billion in successful deals.

Sandy Petty, CPA and her team enable small/medium sized businesses to be profitable, grow their business, and effectively plan for the future. Ability to build financial infrastructures, improving productivity, and reducing payroll costs.


Shea Taylor is Vice President, Innovation Economy, Startup Banking at J.P. Morgan

Cynthia D. Freeman is the Assistant Director - Small Business Development for Invest Atlanta, the economic development arm for the City of Atlanta. She has provided financial guidance for several commercial projects and has arranged financing for approximately 150 small businesses in the City of Atlanta, representing more than $14.7 million in public and private funds that resulted in the creation of 300 jobs.
