🅿️We recommend arriving a few minutes before the session to give yourself enough time to park, find us and get comfortable. Street parking available by pay by phone.
💆♂️Feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable with while laying down for the session.
🧣We will provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own. Additionally, consider bringing a blanket, sweater, or pillow to make yourself as comfortable as possible. (When you get to a deep state, your body temperature can drop, and you might feel cold)
