Welcome to Creative AF (Creative African American women in Film), an immersive, content-creating, real-time coaching experience where culture meets career readiness.
Hosted by comedian and content maven Kelly Kellz, Creative AF is a live media lab designed to help you build, brand, and broadcast your vision. Anchored by a rotating crew of media bosses—casting directors, writers, producers, influencers and branding architects—this event mixes live podcasting, hot-topic debates, and a hands-on content creation lounge that doubles as a coaching studio.

6:15 PM – 🎙 THE MIC DROP (60-Second Pitch Panel)
Your chance to take the stage. Pitch your brand or show idea in 60 seconds and get immediate, unfiltered feedback from our panel of media bosses.
6:45 PM – 🎬 The Creative AF Panel
A rotating, real-time discussion or breakdown of a trending Black show, film, or creator. This session features audience voting and live polling.
7:30 PM – 🎓 Executive-in-Residence Spotlight
A candid fireside chat with a VP or Director from a major media company (like AT&T, BET, Warner Media, Comcast, or Cox) on talent pipelines, getting your project greenlit, and navigating the industry. Followed by audience Q&A.
8:15 PM – 📸 Post + Chill Content Hour
Join our "posting party" to get your newly created content live with real-time feedback. Submit your reel for a chance to be featured as "Best of the Night" and win exclusive prizes.

This event is the flagship for our larger mission. We are excited to announce that we are developing "The Content Cabinet On Campus," a 4-part micro-curriculum and live tour launching during the Fall HBCU Homecoming Season. Our goal is to bring this same level of access, coaching, and opportunity directly to the next generation of Black creators.
