Join Diogo and Jeremy as we share wake-up and bedtime routines and resources for well-being during this stay-at-home period. In this informal conversation we'll gather the favorite resources of you, our friends and colleagues, and share some of our favorite books, apps and tactics, including the following:

  • 1-minute journaling

  • Apps and audio for falling asleep

  • Quirky rituals for pandemic bedtime

  • Books for breakfast and other oddities

Diogo Rodriguez is a journalist who covers mental health, science, and technology. He is the creator of Me Explica, the first explanatory news project in Brazil.

Jeremy Caplan is a journalist and director of teaching and learning at CUNY's Newmark Graduate School of Journalism in New York. He plays a lot of children's card games these days with his wife and two daughters.
