​Introducing our Host/ Choreographer : Pablo Baez

​With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Pablo Báez has established himself as one of the most versatile and innovative choreographers and creative directors of his generation. Born in Argentina with global reach, he masters styles such as hip-hop, salsa, Latin rhythm, jazz, and urban fusion, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

​He began his dance training at a young age in Argentina, later representing both Spain and Argentina around the world by teaching a unique style of his own (acrobatic dance). His career took a leap forward as a lead dancer and co-choreographer in the film StreetDance 2 and as dance champion in Spain. He later became a finalist at the World Salsa Championship in the Cabaret category in Las Vegas, placing among the top 10 dance couples in the world.

​His international prestige has led him to serve as a judge in competitions across Asia, Japan, and Europe, and to represent both Argentina and Spain as an instructor at international salsa congresses worldwide.

​Pablo’s talent has also shone on high-profile stages such as Mariah Carey’s show in Hong Kong, the “Mi Gente” music video by J Balvin and Beyoncé, and as choreographer for various Japanese artists. His artistic direction has featured in productions like The Floor Show in Los Angeles, Pacha Resort Ibiza, Billionaire Club in Sardinia, Otel Dinner Show in Florence, Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana, and events in Japan including Shinagawa Season Terrace and the ASICS CM commercial in Tokyo.

​On television, he has been a choreographer for top programs in Mexico, Televisa, Univision, and Telemundo, including “Bailando por un Sueño”, “Pequeños Gigantes”, and “Mi Famoso y Yo”, as well as creative director of the reality show “El Retador” on Televisa, working alongside high-profile figures across the various countries in which he’s worked.

​2025 Highlights

​In 2025, Pablo reached a new professional milestone as the official choreographer for acclaimed artist Nathy Peluso in her music video Erotika, creating powerful, theatrical, and visually sophisticated stage concepts. He has also worked as an artistic director for prestigious events in Spain for agencies like El Camerino, further solidifying his creative leadership in the European entertainment industry.
